NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BIG BEAVER BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD
The Big Beaver Borough Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on March 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Big Beaver Borough Municipal Building, 114 Forest Drive, Darlington, PA 15115. The purpose of the hearing is to consider two separate zoning variance applications. The commercial property located in the C-1 Zoning District at 6800 Big Beaver Blvd Beaver Falls, Tax Parcel # 53-123-0422.000, is seeking variances for sections 3606.D.1 and section 3606.D.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, maximum allowable sign area and maximum allowable sign quantity. The residential property located in the MUN Zoning District located at 313 Wallace Run Road Beaver Falls, Tax Parcel # 53-122-0248.P00, is seeking variances from the Zoning Ordinance for sections 604.A, One Principle Use, Section 3606.C.1, Maximum allowable sign area, 2106.A.3.a, All activities contained within structure, and 2106.A.3.b, Additional setback requirements.
