NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BIG VALLEY JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN AND
BUDGET INSPECTION HEARING NOTICE
Fiscal Year 2026/2027
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ED CODE 52062 AND 42127
The governing board of Big Valley Joint Unified School District will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Education Code, Section 52062 for the 2026-2027 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the 2026-2027 LCAP Annual Update, and the Budget Overview for Parents and in accordance with Education Code, Section 42127 for the 2026-2027 Budget, on June 17, 2026. The Public Hearing will commence at
5:00 p.m. at the Big Valley High School Media Center, 400 Bridge Street,
Bieber, CA.
The proposed Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the LCAP Annual Update, Budget Overview for Parents, and the District's Budget will be available for Public Inspection at Big Valley Joint Unified School District Office, 400 Bridge Street, Bieber, CA, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026.
The adoption of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCP Annual Update, and the District's Budget, will be held on June 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
at Big Valley High School Media Center, 400 Bridge Street, Bieber, CA.
