NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, NORTH CAROLINA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 160A-20 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Cumberland, North Carolina (the "County") will hold a public hearing on April 27, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the hearing may be held) in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room (Room 118) of the Judge E. Maurice Braswell County Courthouse, 117 Dick Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina, with respect to the proposed execution and delivery by the County of an installment financing contract in an amount currently expected not to exceed $5,500,000 (the "Contract"), for the purpose of financing (a) the acquisition and installation of certain equipment and fixtures and related improvements at the Crown Expo Center and Crown Coliseum (the "Project") and (b) related financing costs. The County will secure its obligations under the Contract by granting a security interest in some or all of the Project.
