BOROUGH OF LAWNSIDE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed a request for the issuance of a certificate certifying that the use of its property existed before the adaption of the ordinance which rendered the use of nonconforming. The Planning and Zoning Officer issued a Zoning Permit Denial stating that the existing triplex use is not permitted in the RA Zone. This application is being filed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-68. The property in question is commonly known as 412 SOUTH CHARLESTON AVENUE and also known as LOT 7 in BLOCK 805.04 on the municipal tax map, is not permitted.
THIS NOTICE IS SENT TO YOU AS AN OWNER OF PROPERTY IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY.
A PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 28, 2025 at 7:00PM at the BOROUGH OF LAWNSIDE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, SECOND FLOOR, 4 MARTIN LUTEHR KING ROAD, LAWNSIDE, NJ by way of VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS VIA ZOOM, and when this matter is called you may appear via Zoom or with an attorney and present any support or objection that you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the appear.
The subject application is on file and available for inspection in the Office of the Borough of Lawnside, Municipal Building, 2nd Floor, 4 Martin Luther King Road, Lawnside, NJ 08045.
