NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOROUGH OF LAWNSIDE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Nicole St. Hill ("the Applicant"), having an address of 133 Bryant Avenue, Lawnside, New Jersey, has filed an appeal with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Lawnside for two (2) C-1 variances from the dimensional requirements of the Lawnside Borough Zoning Ordinance, so as to permit the construction of a 1200 square foot house on the now vacant lot located at 139 Bryant Avenue in Lawnside, which lot is designated as Block 1207, Lot 23 on the Lawnside Borough Municipal Tax Map. More specifically, the Applicant's property is located in the Borough's R-A Zoning District, which requires a 6500 square foot lot size; the Applicant's lot is 5000 square feet. The Applicant also requires relief for lot width; 65 feet is required in the R-A Zoning District, and the Applicant's lot is only 45.45 feet. The Applicant also requests any other variances, waivers or exceptions from the Lawnside Borough Zoning Ordinance that may be recommended by the Zoning Board or its professionals.
A public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Borough of Lawnside Municipal Building, Second Floor, located at 4 Martin Luther King Road, Lawnside, New Jersey, and when the matter is called, you may appear in person or with an Attorney and present any support, opposition, or comment.
