NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY LOGANVILLE BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Loganville Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Loganville Borough Building located at 260 West Ore Street in Goodling Park in Loganville Borough, York County, PA, for the purpose of hearing the following zoning application: Walther Property Holdings, LLC has filed a request for a special exception to permit a mini-storage facility on property located at 105 North Street in the Commercial (C) Zoning District. All interested parties are urged to attend.
