
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE PLAINFIELD PLAN COMMISSION
Pursuant to applicable law, the Plainfield Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Council Chambers at Plainfield Civic Center, 206 West Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana on the following petition:
Petitions: Request to Rezone approximately 74.24 acres to the I-2 district and request for Primary Plat approval for approximately 184.04 acres to provide for 5 blocks, 3 future blocks and future right-of-way.
Petition location: Part of 2729 CR 1050 E; 2767, 2845 & 2851 CR 1050 E and adjacent parcels (generally located north of and adjacent to the newly extended Airtech Parkway, east of S CR 1050 E).

The Public Hearing may need to be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. The Public Hearing will be open to the public and comments related to the petition will be heard at this hearing.
