NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT TO CONSIDER A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 153 OF THE TOWN CODE PEDDLING AND SOLICITING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Mount Pleasant, Town Hall, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595 on the 14th day of October 2025 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering a proposed Local Law amending Town Code Chapter 153 Peddling and Soliciting within the Town to create a No Knock Registry, as well as other amendments. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, a copy of the proposed Local Law is available for review in the Town Clerk's Office.
