NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT TO ERECT SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC ARRAYS ON THE ROOF OF NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION'S CATSKILL-DELAWARE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Mount Pleasant, Town Hall, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595 on the 14th day of July, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of considering an application for a special permit to erect solar photovoltaic arrays on the roof of New York City Department of Environmental Protection's Catskill-Delaware Water Treatment Facility, located at 2 Walker Road.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, a copy of the special permit application is available for review in the Town Clerk's Office.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the public hearing upon said proposed special permit application an opportunity to be heard in regards thereto will then and there be given to those favoring passage of such proposed amendment and also those opposed thereto.
