NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the "Plan Commission") will conduct a public hearing regarding the following application: Case Number: PCMA-26-2 Applicant Name: Debra Cook, Town of Brownsburg Parcel Number, Location: 32-07-10-100-006.000-015. The parcel is located west of Bowman Drive. Case details: The applicant is looking to rezone 38.26 acres of unannexed RB (Single-Family Residential) Hendricks County zoned land into Institutional (IS). The public hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th day of March, 2026 in the Town Hall Council Meeting Room, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112 where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding the proposal per the Plan Commission Rules of Procedure.
