NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ~
Borough of Bradley Beach ~ Land Use Board
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Borough of Bradley Beach Land Use Board for the following:
We seek variances for non-compliant signage already installed at our property located at 121 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ. We seek a variance from ordinance 450-50 A; which states "no sign is permitted over 40 square feet"
and ordinance 450-50 B; which states "no sign is permitted on the side of a building".We seek variances to keep our "Hair Love" sign on the North side of the building. It is a total of 96 sf (12' wide x 8'
high).We seek variances to keep our "Signs, Sealed & Delivered" sign on the North side of the building. It is a total of 18
sf (6' wide x 3' high). We seek variances to keep our "Signs, Sealed & Delivered" sign on the South side of the building. It is a total 44 sf
(11' wide x 4' high).
We seek any additional variances as may be applicable in this matter deemed necessary by the Board.
The property address in questions is known as block 70 lot 5, property street address of 121 main street, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720. A hearing will be held on this application, and will be heard by the Land Use Board of the Borough of Bradley Beach, 701 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720 on Thursday, May 21, 2026 to begin at 6:30 P.M. The hearing will be held in the Municipal Complex Meeting Room.All interested parties will be heard at the appropriate time. The file and plans of the proposal/application may be inspected by appointment in the Carmen A. Biase Senior Center Building, 719 Main Street, Bradley Beach, NJ 07720 during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
