Please take notice, that the undersigned has filed an Appeal with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Camden for a use variance and/or bulk variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance to PERMIT:
Three (3) residential units within an existing building in the R-2 zoning district where a triplex is not a permitted use.
WITHOUT ADHERING TO; (points of denial): Three family dwellings are not permitted (need D-1 Use Variance); Lot depth deficient - 100' required 99' proposed (C-1 Bulk Variance); Lot width deficient 40' required, 19' proposed (C-1 Bulk Variance); Rear and Side yards deficient (C-1 Bulk Variance);
Off street parking - 3.75 spaces required, 0 being proposed (C-1 Bulk Variance); site plan approval AT PREMISES 715 Walnut Street, Block 379, Lot 137.
A PUBLIC HEARING has been scheduled for June 1, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden NJ. When this matter is called you may appear in person or with an Attorney and present any support or objection that you may have to the granted of the relief sought in the appeal.
SUBJECT APPLICATION is on file available for inspection in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Room 224, City Hall, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, NJ
