CITY OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA
PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given to all persons affected or interested that at the Colonial Heights Planning Commission meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia, the Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to accept comments on the following:
AN ORDINANCE NO. 26-11
Amending Chapter 286, Zoning, of the City Code by adding a new section § 286-612.02 requiring the payment of certain delinquent taxes and fees prior to approval of any zoning application or other permit.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is on file for examination during regular business hours in the Department of Planning and Community Development, City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia; and a copy of the ordinance may be obtained by calling (804) 520-9297. The proposed ordinance may also be viewed on the City's website, www.colonialheightsva.gov. All persons affected or interested are invited to be present at the public hearing of the Planning Commission, to be held at the time and place stated above, when an opportunity will be given for them to be heard.
