NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF DAVENPORT
Notice is hereby given that the City Commission for City of Davenport, Florida, will hold a special meeting on November 3, 2025. The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 1 S. Allapaha Ave, Davenport, FL 33837 for the purpose of considering the approval and adoption of the proposed City of Davenport's Wastewater Facilities Plan Modification for WWTF Phase 3 Improvements Project and Capital Financing Plan. This hearing will include a discussion of the Facilities Plan Modification and the financial impact on system users. The hearing is intended to afford the opportunity to individuals to be heard on the economic and social effects of the location, design, and environmental impact of the proposed improvements.
A portion of the funding for this project is anticipated to come from the FDEP State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program including the Small Community Wastewater Facilities Grant Program (SCWFGP). Financial impacts on utility users will be presented at the hearing.
Reports, documents, and data relevant to the discussion are available for public review at the City Hall of the City of Davenport.
Other business which may properly come before the City Commission will also be addressed. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
