CITY OF HOPEWELL, VIRGINIA
PROPOSED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) PROGRAM BUDGET
FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025 & ENDING JUNE 30, 2026
The Hopewell City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on an amendment to the FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant Program Budget on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Citizens are encouraged to state their views concerning the proposed CDBG budget amendment. Prior to the meeting, the public may offer comments on the amendment, which will be read into the meeting minutes, by calling (804) 541-2220 or emailing devdept@hopewellva.gov. These comments will be received by Kimberly Kinker, Administrative Services Manager. All verbal and written comments must be received by Monday, January 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
The proposed FY2025-2026 CDBG budget amendment is as follows:
City of Refuge – Homeless Services $31,202.27
TOTAL $31,202.27
