NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - CITY OF WOODBURY COMBINED PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the requirements of the City of Woodbury's Ordinances and New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, you are hereby notified that Christian Alvarado has applied to the City of Woodbury Combined Planning and Zoning Board for Use Variance Relief for the property located at 113 Spring Street in the City of Woodbury also known as Block 70, Lots 4.02 & 18 on the tax maps of the City of Woodbury.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant is requesting the following variance: A use variance to allow for the occupation of the apartment attached to the residential property, which would create a multi-family use not specifically permitted in the zone.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant is also requesting any other variances, waivers, additional exceptions, sign variances, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the Application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing on the Application has been scheduled to be heard before the Combined Planning and Zoning Board on March 26, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall located at 33 Delaware Street, Council Chambers, Second Floor, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Combined Planning and Zoning Board.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board may at is discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
Copies of all Applications, plans and supporting documents are on file and will be available for public inspection building during regular business hours at least (10) days prior to the public hearing at the municipal building.
