NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING INDIANAPOLIS-MARION COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY GRANTING OF RIGHT-OF-WAY The Board of Trustees of the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library ("IndyPL") hereby give notice that it will hold a public hearing at the East 38th Street Branch Library, 5420 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218 on January 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider an offer from the Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation ("IndyGo") for the granting of fee simple right of way to IndyGo for real property totaling 563 square feet at the East Washington Branch Library, located at 2726 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46201 (the "Property"). At the public hearing, all persons shall have the right to appear and be heard on the matter of the granting of fee simple right of way at the Property. Dated this 16th day of January, 2026.
