NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF NEW HOLLAND-MIDDLETOWN ED 88, LOGAN COUNTY, ILLINOIS TO EFFECT INTERFUND TRANSFER PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Holland-Middletown ED 88, Logan County, Illinois (the "District") will hold a public hearing on the 20th day of May, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the New Holland Middletown ESD 88 Library, 75 1250th Street, Middletown, IL 62666. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to transfer, pursuant to Section 17-2A of the Illinois School Code, money estimated at the time of said hearing from the District's Education Fund to the District's Transportation Fund to be used thereafter for certain transportation projects and expenses related thereto.
