The Freetown Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00PM on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Eric Branco for the existing failed septic system to be upgraded with a new 1500-gallon septic tank and 11' x 52' presby enviro-septic bed within the 100' buffer to a bordering vegetated wetland at 67 Slab Bridge Road, Freetown, MA 02702. The existing septic system will be removed during construction and either filled with clean sand or removed completely off site. The site is further identified as Lot 6 on Freetown Assessors' Map 216. Plans are available at the Town Hall for review.
