NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of the Village of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals The Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of the Village of Douglas will hold a Public Hearing on May 26, 2026, at 7:00 pm, in the Douglas City Hall, located at 415 Wiley Rd Douglas, Michigan, to consider the following dimensional variance requests for the property located at 47 W. Center Street, Douglas, Michigan 49406 (Parcel No. 59-150-002-00): 1. Section 19.05(2)(b): Request to reduce the required driveway entrance setback from an adjacent residential lot to 5 feet where 25 feet is required. 2. Section 19.05(2)(c): Request to reduce the distance between a parking lot and a building to 2.5 feet where 12 feet is required. 3. Section 19.05(2)(c): An interpretation of this section by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
