NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DESIGNATION OF ZONING CLASSIFICATION Notice is hereby given by the City of Rockledge, Florida, that Red Rock Properties LC, through Kenneth S. Swarner and David A. Nesbitt, Jr., 5453 The Willows Drive, Melbourne, Florida 32934 have requested a zoning classification pursuant to the Rockledge Code of Ordinances, Land Development Regulations, of IP – Industrial Park District on one (1) parcel consisting of approximately 1.29+/- acres located south of Barnes Boulevard and west of Pines Industrial Avenue (275 Barnes Boulevard) in Planning District 7. The City of Rockledge Planning Commission will meet in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida, on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the request and make its recommendation to the City Council. At that time, parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber at Rockledge City Hall, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, Florida, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard.
