NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY INTO THE CITY OF GRANGER, POLK COUNTY and
DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Granger, Iowa, will meet on the 12th day of November, 2025, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the Granger Community Center, 2200 Walnut Street, Granger, Iowa, at which time and place the City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed voluntary annexation of property legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
For all of the particulars of the proposed voluntary annexation, see the proposed voluntary annexation applications now on file at the Granger City Hall with the City Clerk of the City of Granger, Iowa.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and at such time and place the Granger City Council will consider any objections to the proposed voluntary annexation and give all interested persons an opportunity to be heard. This Notice is given by order of the City Council of Granger, Iowa.
