NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG AIRPORT (GSP) DISTRICT Adoption of FYE 6-30-2027 Budget A Commission Meeting open to the public at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026, will be held at the GSP District Administrative Offices at 500 Aviation Parkway, Greer, SC to adopt the FYE 6-30-2027 Operating and Capital Budget. Total budgeted revenues for the FYE 6-30-2026 of $80,225,886 are expected to increase to $83,912,090 in FYE 6-30-2027, a 4.6% increase. Total budgeted operating expenses for the FYE 6-30-2026 of $56,471,250 are expected to increase to $58,341,588 in FYE 6-30-2027, a 3.3% increase. Capital project spend is projected at a total of $116,250,000 for FYE 6-30-2027. Capital projects will be funded from a combination of debt proceeds, federal and state grants, other District revenues, and existing funds of the District. April 26 2026 LGSC0505908
