NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOLLAND CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: 1. That the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Holland, Ottawa County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing at the Holland Charter Township Fire Station No. 1 located at 131 Riley Street, Holland Charter Township, Ottawa County, Michigan on Tuesday, the 3rd day of February, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter, to hear and consider the following matters: (a) Consideration of a Special Land Use Permit approval for "Vehicle, recreational equipment, manufactured homes, heavy equipment sales and rental", specifically involving the rental and display of campers on-site. Petition is submitted by Kyle Applegate of Uncle Jib's on behalf of Nick Nykerk of HBPC-OB, LLC for land located at 12330 James Street, Suite H50, described more specifically as Parcel Number 70-16-21-238-003. The subject property is zoned C-2 Community Commercial. 2. That any interested party may appear at such hearings in person, or by agent or attorney. 3. That written comments concerning the above matter(s) may be filed prior to the hearing with the Holland Charter Township Planning Commission at the Holland Charter Township Offices, 353 N. 120th Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49424, at any time Monday through Friday, other than a legal holiday, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Written comments may also be filed at the hearing, by telephone, or may be emailed before the meeting to: coreyb@hct.holland.mi.us.
