NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In The Matter of Notice of Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC Regarding the Conversion of its Municipal Franchise in the City of Perth Amboy to a System-wide Franchise – Second Order of Amendment In the Matter of the Application of Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC for a System-Wide Cable Television Franchise Borough of Metuchen, Middlesex County BPU Docket No. CE23030148 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 11, 2025, Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC ("Comcast") filed an Application with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities ("Board"), Office of Cable Television & Telecommunications, requesting approval to provide cable television service in the Borough of Metuchen ("Metuchen"). On September 18, 2023, the Board issued a system-wide franchise ("SWF") to Comcast following the conversion of its municipal franchise for the City of Perth Amboy. Thereafter on March 20, 2024, the Board issued an Order of Amendment to Comcast's SWF to provide service to the Township of Edison.
