NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Lease of City Property – Nancy's Place City of Windsor Heights Windsor Heights, IA Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 6:00 o'clock p.m., at the Council Chambers, 1133 66th Street, Windsor Heights, Iowa, on September 15, 2025, the City Council of the City of Windsor Heights, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the question of leasing City-owned property to Nancy's Place, an Iowa non-profit corporation. The property proposed to be leased is legally described as follows: The North 60 feet of the South 210 feet of Lot 10 in Hopkins-Woehler Place, an Official Plat, now included in and forming a part of the City of Windsor Heights, Polk County, Iowa. The proposed lease is for a term of two (2) years at a rental rate of $1.00 per year, in accordance with the Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement on file. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at 1145 66th Street, Suite 1, Windsor Heights, Iowa. At said hearing any interested person may file written objections or comments and may be heard orally with respect to the subject matter of the hearing.
