NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County, Florida, on August 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the Commission Room at 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, First Floor, Viera, FL, 32940, will hold a public hearing on the following resolutions: RESOLUTION NO. 26 – RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BREVARD COUNTY FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 22-008 INCREASING THE FEES AND CHARGES FOR WATER, SEWER AND RECLAIMED WATER, INCLUDING SYSTEMS LOCATED IN THE SOUTH BEACHES, MERRITT ISLAND, NORTH BREVARD, PORT ST. JOHN AND THE SOUTH CENTRAL MAINLAND SERVICE AREA. Interested parties may appear at the August 4, 2026, meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed resolutions.
