NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2074 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2074, Brookside, will hold a public meeting on June 16, 2026, pursuant to its regular agenda and, among other items, the Trustees will consider adoption of the extension of the District's existing schedule of fees and charges to defray the costs of District operations and maintenance, levee maintenance, repair and restoration, general maintenance and replacement, general administration, legal and accounting services, engineering services, and other costs of operation and enforcement. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 50902(b) of the Water Code of the State of California. Said meeting will be held at 3425 Brookside Road, Suite A, Stockton, California, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026. Said meeting will be open to the public.
