NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE is hereby given that the Executive Director of the Housing Finance Authority of St. Johns County, Florida (the "Authority"), will hold a public hearing on February 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. on behalf of the Authority, concerning the proposed issuance of debt obligations by the Authority in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or a portion of the costs of the rehabilitation, construction and development of a multifamily rental housing development known as the Residences at Oyster Creek, to be occupied by persons or families of low, moderate or middle income, to consist of approximately 76 total units, on an approximately 5.94-acre site located at 200 S. Woodlawn Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084 in an unincorporated area of St. Johns County, Florida (collectively, the "Project"), and to be owned by Residences at Oyster Creek LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Pursuant to Rev. Proc. 2022-20, the hearing will be conducted telephonically and in a manner that provides a reasonable opportunity to be heard for persons with differing views on the issuance of the Bonds and the location and nature of the Project.
