NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF PLAINFIELD, INDIANA REGARDING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY TO PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE TOWN
The Town Council of the Town of Plainfield, Hendricks County, Indiana, (the "Town Council" and "Town," respectively) has received a Petition to Dedicate Public Right-of-Way to the Town of Plainfield, Indiana (the "Petition").

The Town Council will conduct a public hearing on July 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. (Local Time) in the Council Chambers at the Plainfield Civic Center, 206 W Main St, Plainfield, Indiana 46168, to consider the dedication of real property to public right-of-way.
A legal description of the area being considered by petition is available and can be inspected at the Clerk's office at the Plainfield Civic Center, 206 W. Main Street, Plainfield, Indiana 46168, during regular business hours.
At the public hearing, the Town Council will receive and hear comments, remonstrance, and objections from interested persons concerning the proposed dedication.
