NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE WEST TEXAS HCPP DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the West Texas Health Care Provider Participation District (the "District") will hold a public hearing on June 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at Kerrville City Hall, 701 Main Street, Kerrville, Texas 78028. It is the intent of the Board of Directors that the presiding director will be physically present at that location, while other directors may attend the hearing via video conference call. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments and consider action regarding the District's proposed annual budget for Fiscal Year 2027, and the annual amount and timing of the mandatory payments that the District intends to require of all local nonpublic hospitals in the District. Representatives of local nonpublic hospitals and members of the public wishing to be heard on these matters may appear before the District Board of Directors at the public hearing.
