Nature of the Appeal: The applicant is requesting a variance under the provisions of article 4.03 within the Waldo Township Zoning Resolution more specifically, the surveyed property having 180' of frontage instead of the required 270' of frontage.
The application and related documents will be available for public examination at the noted date/time/location of the zoning appeals meeting or by contacting the Waldo Township Zoning Appels Board Secretary.
