NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPROVAL OF THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP) FOR THE YEARS OF 2026 THROUGH 2030 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the city of Clive, Iowa, will meet both virtually and in-person at the Clive City Hall 1900 NW 114th St, in the City of Clive, Iowa, at 6:00 p.m. on the 8th of January 2026, at which time and place the City Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed resolution approving the five year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the years 2026 through 2030. All interested person may appear at the public hearing, whether via virtual participation following the detail outlined on www.cityfclive.com or in-person, and at such time and place the Clive City Council will consider any objections to the proposed resolution described above and give all interested persons an opportunity to be heard.
