NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON DELINQUENT BALANCES ON DELETED CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS Notice is hereby given that a report has been prepared by the Sun Valley General Improvement District containing the outstanding delinquent balances on deleted customer accounts as of February 28, 2026 for utility services provided to such properties, including water and sewer service, and recreation fees. Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the District Boardroom, 5000 Sun Valley Boulevard, Sun Valley, Nevada has been fixed by the Board as the time and place when and where it will hear and consider said report and all objections and protests, and may revise, change, reduce or modify any charge and finally approve and adopt a resolution and accept said report as revised, changed, reduced or modified. The report is available at 5000 Sun Valley Blvd, Sun Valley, NV or at www.svgid.com. The Board may also adopt a resolution proposing to have such charges collected on the tax roll.
