NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG, HENDRICKS COUNTY, INDIANA PURSUANT TO PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 36-4-3-5.1, that the petitioner, Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana, has filed with the Town Council (the "Council") of the Town of Brownsburg, Indiana (the "Town"), a petition to adopt an ordinance annexing approximately 38.26 acres of land located on 6519 E. U.S. Highway 136, Brownsburg, Indiana, in Hendricks County, Indiana, identified as Parcel No. 32-07-10-100-006.000-015 into the Town (the "Ordinance"). A complete copy of the Ordinance, the full legal description, and related documents are available for viewing during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer. Notice is further given that a public hearing on the proposed Ordinance will be held by the Town Council at its regular meeting on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Council Meeting Room located at Brownsburg Town Hall, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana, 46112, at which all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to testify and be heard regarding this proposed voluntary annexation into the Town.
