NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given of the Town Council of the Town of Daleville, Indiana, to hold a public hearing on a Petition for Voluntary Annexation for certain lands into the corporate limits of the Town of Daleville. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Daleville Town Hall, 14221 W. Main Street, Daleville, Indiana 47334. The Petition for Voluntary Annexation upon which the public hearing will be held provides for the annexation of approximately 18.25 acres of land located in Salem Township, Delaware County and being located at the southwest corner of SR 67 and CR 750W, Daleville, Indiana 47334. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said annexation may be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Daleville at the Daleville Town Hall before such public hearing and will be heard by the Daleville Town Council at the time and place specified.
