NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE CITY OF SOUTH MILWAUKEE ZONING MAP FOR PROPERTIES AT 1210 & 1216 MISSOURI AVENUE Please take notice that on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:30 p.m., the Plan Commission of the City of South Milwaukee will hold a public hearing on an application to amend the zoning map district for properties 1210 Missouri Avenue and 1216 Missouri Avenue from Z-3 General Urban Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone. Parcel 1210 Missouri, TKN 770013002, is an asphalt lot. Parcel 1216 Missouri, TKN 7700013001, has a vacant industrial building with a single vehicle bay. Total area 12,047 square feet. The request is for amending the zoning district to allow motor vehicular service and sales related businesses.
