NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY: Bristol Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bristol Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in Canandaigua, New York will meet on October 13, 2025 at 6:30pm for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance (1) CET Mini Pumper, to be located at 4350 State Route 64S. To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes entering into a loan agreement with the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $400,000.00. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. The meeting will be held at: Bristol Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., 4350 State Route 64S, Canandaigua, NY, 14424. All interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the issuer prior to the date of the hearing set forth hereinabove.
