NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY: Community Fire Company of Craley NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Community Fire Company of Craley located in Wrightsville, PA will meet on July 6, 2026 at 6:00pm for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance an E-One Pumper, to be located at 73 New Bridgeville Road. To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes entering into a loan agreement with the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,025,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. The meeting will be held at: Community Fire Company of Craley, 73 New Bridgeville Road, Wrightsville, PA 17368. All interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the issuer prior to the date of the hearing set forth hereinabove.
