NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF ONTARIO COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors of Ontario County at 74 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York on November 13, 2025, at 6:30 P.M. concerning proposed Local Law No. 10 (Intro.) of 2025, entitled "A Local Law Known as the Ontario County Sewer Rents Local Law, as Amended", which provides: For establishing new sewer rates for premises within Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District, Benefit Zone No. 2; Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District and extensions, Benefit Zone No. 1; Honeoye Lake County Consolidated Sewer District; and Laura Lane/Wyffels Road Sewer Extension to the Canandaigua Lake County Sewer District. The rate changes would be effective the first day of the first billing quarter following adoption.
