NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STORMWATER USER FEES Property owners and other interested parties in the Town of Speedway, Indiana (the "Town") are hereby notified that a public hearing on Ordinance No. 1420 (the "Ordinance") will be held at a meeting of the Speedway Stormwater Board (the "Board") on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-9-30-21. The meeting of the Board and the public hearing will be conducted at the Speedway Municipal Center, 5300 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway, IN 46224. Subject to the time limits and procedural rules established for the hearing, property owners and other interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing. The hearing may be continued from time to time at the option of the Board. Following the public hearing, the Board may recommend adoption of the Ordinance by the Speedway Town Council. The Ordinance provides for, among other things, the establishment of a stormwater user fee for each parcel of real estate within the corporate boundaries of the Town.
