NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ROAD VACATION REQUEST Please take notice that on September 25, 2025, at 10:00a.m. in the Nat U Hill Meeting Room located on the third floor of 100 West Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Monroe, Indiana ("Board"), will conduct a public hearing for Deborah Pardue's petition ("Petition") to vacate part of W Marshall May Road described as roadway along the west end of West Marshall May Road. A copy of the Petition may be viewed/obtained at the Monroe County Auditor's Office, Room 209, 100 West Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana. The public will be able to be heard at the meeting. Following the hearing, the Board may adopt an ordinance to vacate part of W Marshall May Rd. Within thirty (30) days of the adoption of an ordinance vacating the portion of W Marshall May Road, any aggrieved person may appeal the ordinance to the Monroe Circuit Court. See IC 36-7-3-13.
