NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ROAD VACATION REQUEST Please take notice that on June 4th, 2026, at 10:00a.m. in the Nat U Hill Meeting Room located on the third floor of 100 West Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Monroe, Indiana ("Board"), will conduct a public hearing for Doug Graham and Daniel Gupta's petition ("Petition") to vacate part of N Old State Road 37 Business described as roadway previous dedicated as Right of Way in the Daniel Gupta Type "E" Administrative Subdivision including the property addresses 5141 & 5109 N State Road 37 Business. A copy of the Petition may be viewed/obtained at the Monroe County Auditor's Office, Room 209, 100 West Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana. The public will be able to be heard at the meeting. Following the hearing, the Board may adopt an ordinance to vacate part of N State Road 37 Business. Within thirty (30) days of the adoption of an ordinance vacating the portion of N State Road 37 Business, any aggrieved person may appeal the ordinance to the Monroe Circuit Court. See IC 36-7-3-13.
