PARCEL MAP COMMITTEE
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2025-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parcel Map Committee of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Arun & Bitta Toor for a tentative parcel map to create 14 parcels of record from 4 existing parcels of record that are approximately 231.14-acres total. The property is located on the northeast corner of Bardsley Avenue and Oakmore Street (APNs 184-050-007, 184-050-034, 184-050-035, and 184-050-010). The subject property currently consists of low density residential, medium density residential, high density residential, retail commercial, and public lands zone districts.
This application and notice of hearing has been filed pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act, State of California, Division 2 - subdivision, Chapter 1, Article 1, beginning with Section 66410, California Government Code and local ordinance for implementation found in Title 8 of Section 8.28 of the Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that the potential project impacts on the environment were analyzed within the Environmental Impact Report and associated Findings, Statement of Overriding Considerations, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program that was prepared for the Chandler Grove Master Plan and Annexation Project (SCH #2022090149) and adopted by the City of Tulare City Council.
If you challenge the proposed project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tulare at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Parcel Map Committee of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 11 a.m., Tulare City Hall, City Manager's Conference Room, 411 E.
