NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF FREEPORT, ILLINOIS On January 15th, 2026, at 5:30pm, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Freeport, Illinois in Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 314 West Stephenson Street, Freeport, Illinois, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony as to the adoption of the following text amendment being brought forward by the City of Freeport. Description of Text Amendment: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 816, 842, 1036, 1248, 1252, 1254, 1258, 1450, AND 1475 TO THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF CITY OF FREEPORT PERTAINING TO ANTENNA AND TRANSMISSIONS All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
