NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PORT SHELDON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Please take note that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 4:00 pm at the Port Sheldon Township Hall located at 16201 Port Sheldon Street, West Olive Michigan. The public hearing is for the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Board of Appeals to hear and consider the following matter: Request for a variance from Section 4.37 of the Port Sheldon Township Zoning Ordinance – Owner: Eric Landman- Parcel: 70-11-15-300-022 – Address: 16633 Ten Hagen Dr., West Olive MI 49460 Any person interested in these matters may appear at such hearings in person or by agent or attorney.
