NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Kentucky Housing Corporation (the "Corporation") on September 18, 2025 at 1:30 P.M., via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2022-20, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number +1 888-633-0347, pin - 18623397#.
This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of tax-exempt revenue obligations, which may be issued in the form of bonds, notes or other evidence of indebtedness (the "Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $25,987,000, pursuant to Chapter 198A of the Kentucky Revised Statutes. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to one or more Kentucky limited liability companies as shown below (collectively, the "Borrowers") for the purpose of (a) financing the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and equipping of three (3) multifamily residential rental facilities containing an aggregate of 216 total units, located as described in the below chart (collectively, the "Project"), (b) funding reserves and (c) paying certain costs of issuance of the Bonds. The initial owner, operator or manager of each Project is expected to be the Borrower listed in the below chart or its wholly owned subsidiary.
THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION, THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY. THE BONDS ARE PAYABLE SOLELY FROM FUNDS PAID BY THE BORROWER AND SHALL BE SECURED BY COLLATERAL FURNISHED BY THE BORROWER.
Persons wishing to express their views regarding the Project and the issuance of the Bonds may appear at the hearing or may submit comments in writing.
