NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Dublin Board of Zoning Appeals, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-920 and in accordance with I.C. 5-3-1, will conduct a public hearing upon a Petition for a Variance of Development Standard applicable to property located at 1798 E CUMBERLAND ST., Dublin, IN, filed by the property owners, BOBBY G. & PAULETTE S. GABBARD. The Petition requests a variance of the requirement pursuant to Town Code 3.1138 (6) requiring a distance of 10 feet between a building and an accessary building, in order to permit the installation of a 10' x 16' shed located within 18 inches of the existing garage. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 2250 E. Cumberland St., Dublin, Indiana.
