NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the combined City of Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center, 2 Park Drive, Great Falls, Montana. The public hearing is to consider a request from Joseph and Jessica Boso for the following: 1. Resolution 10595 - Annexation of the property addressed as 1420 17th Avenue Southwest and the adjoining right-of-way of 18th Alley Southwest; and 2. Ordinance 3277 - Assignment of City zoning classification of R-3 Single-family High Density for the subject property. The subject property is legally described as Lot 4A, Block 7, University Addition, Section 15, T20N, R3E, Cascade County, Montana. The property includes an existing single-familyresidence and is proposed for annexation to facilitate connection to municipal water and sanitary sewer services. The procedures and basis of decision for Annexation by Petition can be found within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls (OCCGF) Title 17 Chapter 16 Article 7. The procedures and basis of decision for a Zoning Map Amendment can be found within OCCGF Title 17, Chapter 16, Article 40. Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Written communication received by that time will be shared with City Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
