NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of Superior Court of the State of Washington for Kitsap County entered on the 12th day of September, 2025 in Cause No. 25-2-01991-18, a public hearing will be held on October 17, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at the Kitsap County Superior Court on the Verified Petition Regarding Disposition of KCSD7 Property filed jointly by Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County and Kitsap County Sewer District No. 7. The purpose of the hearing is to consider approval of the disposition of certain assets of Kitsap County Sewer District No. 7 ("KCSD7") to Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County ("KPUD") by agreement.
